Inclusion Criteria: - biopsy-proven IgA nephropathy; - Patients who are indicated to receive ACEI or ARB, if patients will enter a follow-up study Exclusion Criteria: - Patients who are indicated to receive steroids or immunosuppressive drugs, if patients will enter a follow-up study
