Luxury Hotel Chain Caters to GF (and other food allergic/restricted) Guests

I was featured in an article today on MSNBC.com Travel commenting on Fairmont Hotels new Lifestyle Cuisine Plus program that caters to six specific dietary requirements including gluten-free: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40967182/ns/travel-luxury_travel/
It is great to see an international chain take the reins and address the dietary needs of its guests. Hopefully other hotels will take notice.
