This community is for patients, students, caregivers, medical professionals, researchers, and anyone interested in learning more about ovarian cancer, cancer of the ovaries, epithelial ovarian tumors, stromal cell ovarian tumors, sex cord stromal ovarian tumors, germ cell ovarian tumors, low malignant potential ovarian tumors, stages of ovarian cancer, and other related topics.

Over many years patients in our community volunteer and donate not only many hours but also through their own funds. The latter of which is unrecognized - they take money from their own pockets to help other ovarian cancer women and their families. Questions always arise on where to donate and it has concerned me for many years that the public and patients are not asking the right questions before donating.
While this has not been an easy task given access/multiple and conflicting information, I set up a (very) non-scientific chart in an effort to permit patients to start their own lines of thinking about this issue.
