Russell-Silver Syndrome (RSS) was founded by Dr. Henry K. Silver and Dr. alexander Russell in 1953/1954 respectively. The incidence rate of RSS is projected at 1in 50,0000 to 1 in 100,000 births. Due to a large variation in phenotype and functional abnormalities, diagnoses can be difficult.
