Does anyone have experience with this?

Of all the articles that I have read pertaining to Vinegar, there is mention of a medicinal effect related to Apple Cider Vinegar in reducing blood glucose levels.........but not by much. So, the smart way to proceed is with diet, exercise(daily) and the use of Apple Cider Vinegar as a salad dressing.
Whereas While Vinegar is mentioned as useful in general cleaning as well as a rinse and stain removal prior to laundry.
