Laura W Bush Institute for Women's Health

The Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health (LWBIWH) is uniquely positioned to develop research and educational programs based on populations whose health issues are traditionally under-recognized or unknown such as rural populations, minorities and the elderly. The institute resides in the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) as part of a multi-campus women's health effort located across West Texas that focuses on diseases unique to women or which manifest differently in women.

The Laura W. Bush Institute allows for the convergence of expertise, resources, and support from Texas Tech, including:
