    Hi Phash! I am SO excited about this challenge. So I am weighing in at 140 today 10/10. I am only 5 ft so yes that’s a bit much for my frame. But FYI I have lost 8.5 pounds already since I started my diet a month ago. But I def need motivation….and this 140 haunts me day in an day out and is so hard to get below! lol. My goal weight is 125.

    Starting my week off right! Just made a workout schedule and packing my lunch and snacks for the day!! This week’s weight 211.8! This week’s goal 208. Excellent luck, ladies:)
