Good news for those who eat gluten-free food! We’re on the map—that means to say that gluten-free foods are.

The Food Channel, together with CultureWaves and the International Food Futurists, has listed gluten-free as one of the top ten food trends for 2010.

Food experts believe that customers want the food that they eat to be nutritional and healthy and they see gluten-free as part of this trend.

Customers are looking for products that use the word “free” (from gluten-free to allergen-free) on their food purchases.

This is great news for us who patronize gluten-free products because it increases the market and hopefully bring prices down because of the increase in demand for it.

Well, the lower the better as far as I am concerned!
