It astonishes me that the doctors portrayed by W5 had absolutely no intention of going to the Consent and Capacity Board.They seem determined to effectively remove that resolution process from Ontario and prevent its possible adoption in other provinces. When "medical futility" is a major focus of the health care reform debate, such arrogance and the premature PVS diagnosis of Mr. Rasouli do not contribute to public confidence.
