Sign in nowRight on target, Doc. If more people lost weight, most of their health concerns would vanish or reduce in severity. Especially lower back complaints in which the person’s nervous and cardiovascular systems are extremely overtaxed. Thanks for spreading the word on weight loss and it’s benes.
Great info. I have run into the same thing with my personal training clients. Doc thinks that losing weight is all it takes. They dont grasp the concept of the whole body, just the specific problem.
I have never directed my clients in fasting (for liability reasons) but have recommended they research and implement it. I believe it to be extremely effective for weight loss along with carb cycling (not to be used together).

I did a juice fast for three days and it was so hard at night when those fast food commercials came on but I did it and then started eating a detox diet. I lost 10 pounds in 3 months and looked fantastic in time for summer. The amazing thing is I felt great, wasn’t hungry and didn’t crave the processed foods and sugar.
You’re a stud-(ette:o) I like to do a cleanse with the changing of each season or at least in spring and fall. I like that you take charge and responsibility for your health.
