Papillomas are not cancers: they're warts. Warts are usually skin colored and caused by viruses. Breast ductal papilloma grows INSIDE a milk duct in the breast. You and your doctor may or may not be able to feel it. It may cause nipple discharge.
Moles are skin growths that are usually pink, tan or brown. They can be flat or raised. They happen when the pigment-making cells in the skin, called melanocytes, grow in a cluster. They are very common.
