What could be the cause of food and chemical intolerance after adopting a gluten free diet?

I went gluten free after discovering I have celiac and dermatitis herpetiformis in Sept of '09. I felt fine and experienced an improvement in my symptoms of IBS, chronic fatigue, FMS symptoms, brain fog, numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, etc. But then a few months later I kept thinking I was accidentally eating gluten since I kept feeling sick and having skin issues. After drinking almond milk and breaking out I went to an allergist and tested positive to many fruits, vegetables, nuts, pollen, grass, etc. Now I cannot eat most fruit, vegetables, tree or peanuts and am extremely sensitive to personal hygiene products, common irritants like gasoline, bleach, laundry soap, household cleansers etc. I must take an antihistamine daily or have a swollen face that is not as bad as it was 2 months ago when I didn't know to avoid all of these foods. I also have become easily irritated and startled, heat intolerant, sensitive to light, noise and have cold hands and feet. Also all of my symptoms of FMS have returned and my skin is dry and almost rubbery feeling. I have had my thyroid tested and the only thing that came back was a slightly high T3 number (39)
I have seen a gynecologist, an allergist, dermatologist and internal medicine specialist all who are unable to explain what is going on. What type of medical professional should I see regarding this? I am 38yr old Female.

It would be advisable to begin allergy shots to desensitize yourself to those sources that you are allergic to when you have an extensive list of allergies! You should discuss with your allergist a plan for doing this -- it generally takes a shot each week for several months when you have multiple allergies such as you do, but it would definitely make your days more comfortable!! There really isn't a way to avoid ALL the foods that you would need to when you have so many allergies and attempting to do so -- you may be failing to get all the necessary nutrients that your body needs. The symptoms that you are describing that have occurred more recently would tend to indicate this!! Please check with your allergist!
