    There are no treatments that would restore organs that are not present at birth. I assume you are referring to the ovaries in addition to uterus. Hormone (estrogen) therapy can be used to develop what are termed "secondary sexual characteristics" that most people would say give women the outward female appearance. Estrogen therapy will lead to development off breasts. This should be monitored closely and should not be taken if someone is smoking or if someone has a history of blood clot formation. This therapy will not lead to development of sexual organs of reproduction or enable someone without these organs to become pregnant.
