Is Myeloid Dysplasia a follow through of Milroy's Disease?

I was born with Milroy's Disease, I am now 55, three years ago I was diagnosed with MDS, although I am sure i have had MDS for longer. Is this attributed to Milroy's Disease?

I've done a little research on your behalf and I am not seeing anything that links the two diseases. They have different genetic markers all together. The only ways I see that they might be connected is an exposure to hazardous materials. I am not a doctor however so I could be wrong and if you have questions I would suggest talking to your doctor.
