What could be the cause of my ear clicking with small amounts of pressure releasing each time I swallow?

I've had this ever since I flew on a plane when I was young. Its something I've learnt to live with, and hasn't got worse or gone away since flying.

I can queeze my nose and release the pressure, but it just goes back to clicking when I swallow shortly after.

Does this pressure keep building up? Is there any way to stop this?

This sounds like an issue with your jaw and your Eustachian tube. You may want to see a dentist or an ENT if this is concerning to you.
