answered Aug 19, 2009 at 10:48AMYes, many people take both. They are totally different drugs that work in totally different ways. Singulair is a leukotriene inhibitor. Advair is a combination of a long acting beta agonist and a steroid. Ive been taking both of these medications together for several years with no problems, but of course check with your doctor first.
