Is morphine sulfate 100 mg 12 hour tablets more effective than kadian 100 mg capsules?
I recently switched from taking morphine sulfate 100 mg tablets every 12 hours to kadian 100 mg capsules every 12 hours. The Kadian capsules seem to be not nearly as effective as the morphine tablets. What is the reason for this?
