What are the possible symptoms of depression?

For example, if I go out to various places, just for a short time, I feel very anxious and I have to leave right away.
And some days I feel very sad and I cry about unimportant things.

These are just some of the symptoms: sleeping excessively, not eating, not being able to participate or enjoy activities. There are many more, but these could be symptoms of depression.
    • The symptoms that you describe could be symptoms of depression. The best thing is to go to your doctor to discuss these symptoms.
