    This question may be overly broad. The fact is, asthma has inflammatory components, can have allergic components, infectious components and many other factors. In addition, there are mild or more severe cases of asthma. If you could narrow the question a bit, it might be helpful!!

    I'd really say that a person should avoid their TRIGGERS [things that make their asthma worse like dust, pollution or smoke], but never avoid DOING anything! Exercise should NEVER be avoided!

    try histaminum muriaticum(if astma due allergies) at infrequent intervals after complete relapse of symptoms. if ur using 30 c you may require to take say initially at a gap of 6 days or so and repating dose after succussions only on complete relapse-not for excitaions in between to avoid impeding cure
