The following is quoted ver batim from the Dietary Reference Intakes of the Institute of Medicine (print version 2006, p. 189):
"No adverse effects have been associated with excess vitamin B12 intake from food or supplements in healthy individuals. The apparent low toxicity of the vitamin may be because, when high doses are given orally, only a small percentage of it can be absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract."
That should provide you peace of mind! However, lack of known toxicity is different from knowing you are getting optimal levels, and optimal benefits. Studies of multivitamin use have, to date, consistently failed to show benefit for most people- and in some cases have even hinted at potential harms. So that is a practice you might want to reconsider. As always, a discussion with a knowledgeable health professional who knows your personal medical story/history would be the best approach. Your dietary choices sound like the kind we wish more people would make, and certainly do not warrant reconsideration based on your B12 level.
All best,
