    Fraternal twins have no more or less likelihood of sharing genes/traits than any other non-identical twin siblings. If your mother is BO (blood type B) and your father is OO (blood type O), then there remains a 50% chance that he is type O! There are various other genetic setups possible, depending on your parent's blood types, but suffice it to say without knowing your parents blood types, everything from A, B, O, and AB are all possible. Same for Rh factor.
