A pt. has fatty liver & intermittent (sev x per day lasting for hrs) but persistent (3 yrs) rt abdom pain & tightness across chest has had gbladder rem. is neg for heart, porphyria, costo, nerve, lung, and muscle problems. Pls help: any further tests indicated?
