There are multiple studies which will demonstrate that aritficial sweeteners cause multiple metabolic problems. And while most studies are performed on labortory rate in very high doses, all artificial sweeteners are just that, ARTIFICIAL.

The safest low calorie sweetener is taken from the stevia plant, as a crystal, powder or an extract.

The biggest problem with many artificial sweetners is that they can decrease your metabolic rate and in doing so, lower your ability to burn calories.

Go to http://www.fittfactorseven.com to review the clinical study, that demonstrates safe and effective ways to lower cholesterol, triglycerides and weight without using aritficial products.
