Can you tell me three proteins overexpressed (upregulated) in high-grade gliomas?

    High-grade gliomas have many many attributes that mark them as abnormal, and a very efficient way of identifying differentially-expressed proteins is to look for differentially-expressed genes. Gene expression profiling is a great way to do this. The 2003 article by Shai et al., Gene expression profiling identifies molecular subtypes of gliomas (http://pubmed.gov/12894235) has a table listing of 11 representative genes with increased expression in oligodendrogliomas relative to normal white matter. PSMB3, UBC13, VBP1, and NDUFA5 are some examples. -jbw
