    Hi,

Any sudden pain in your testes / scrotal area should be examined by a physician' immediately.

The causes of testicle / scrotal pain ranges from a severe twisting of the testes ( torsion) ( leading to the loss of blood supply to that area and may cause loss of testes), infammation/injury, an infection, hernia, tumors, etc. All tumors/ lumps / swellings / pain in the scrotal area need to be examined immediately by your doctor / healthcare facility to rule out SEVERE CAUSES!

To prevent the loss of function, infertility or bad health outcomes contact your doctor/ emergency room, immediately.

    Good wishes.
