What is the recommended schedule for hepatitis vaccines?

Please indicate how can a person protect himself from the different forms of the hepatitis Virus? Vaccines for which types of hepatitis are available in the market, what is the schedule of taking these vacines and their booster doses? do these vaccines offer life long immunity? and does personal hygine play any role in contracting this disease?

    In Afghanistan it is injecting as follow:
    1. First you should check your blood for HBsAg
    2. If the result is negative - first injection.
    3. Second injection after one month.
    4. Third and last injection after 5 month of second injection/6 months after first injection.
