What can cause swelling in the lymph nodes in the neck and collar?
I have had lymph nodes in my neck (both sides) swell up tremendously for 2-3months at a time the past two fall and winters. They are movable and are very tender. This past September, they swelled up again, but this time some above my collar swelled up. The ones in my neck are no longer swollen (since the beginning of December) but the ones in my collar still are.
I have gotten blood tests done, put on very strong antibiotics, was referred to get an ultra sound on my breasts, did allergy tests, none of which have indicated why my nodes keep swelling. What could it be and what have I not tried?
