I used the term in 1985, with the definition:
Paleodontology is defined here as the study of human teeth from prehistoric to Medieval periods. The dental injury, disease and their treatment give informations on the lifestyle. Paleodontology is of interest for historical and archaeological questions as well as anthropology.
Could the editor consider this in the definitions present in Medpedia?
