Should I get the swine flu vaccination for my 6 month old baby?

    You should talk to your pediatrician but the answer should be yes.
    The American Academy of Pediatrics as well as the CDC both recommend giving the vaccine to children 6 months of age or greater.
    Children less than 1 year old are also known to be at increased risk of complications during previous pandemics and this year isn't any different.
    It is not worth the risk not getting your child immunized.
    Here is a link to a funny blog post (my blog) regarding excuses people use for not getting the flu vaccine. I know it doesn't apply to kids but it is worth reading.

    Not advised. The risks and side-effects out weight the benefits at age 6 months. You should be vaccinated. You should not be exposing a 6 month old child to a large amounts of pathogens.
