What is a good treatment to alleviate Psoriasis?

I know someone who has it on the bottom of her feet, making it so painful to walk. She uses A&D to relieve it, but is there anything available that can come as close to a cure as possible?

Topical hydro-cortisone, usually 1% OTC, can be higher around 2% if under a prescription, which works surprisingly better.
    • Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your prompt response! One question: does the hydro-cortisone 1% or 2% cause any adverse physical effects like burning or dryness because my friend's feet are very raw from the psoriasis. If there aren't adverse physical effects, that would be wonderful!!

As with any cream, irritation is possible, most unlikely since those are the symptoms hydro-cortisone usually alleviates. I recommend that they should try a small amount on a small area at first.
    • Thank you so much! I'll relay this info to my friend, who will hopefully reap the benefits of this cream.
