How would the concentration of fatty acids in the blood vary in a person with lipodystrophy?

A person with lipodystrophy has a total or partial lack of adipocytes thus limiting his or hers TAG-storage potential to ectopic fat storage.

This should lead to a higher concentration of blood fats, but how would the levels fluctuate during the day (between meals etc.)?

Sincerely
