The M2 stands for "meter squared" and what they are measuring is the body surface area (BSA) in meters. Most people have a body surface area of around 1.7 - 2.
It is sort of like a size factor. The bigger you are the body surface area you have. It is sort of a measure of you or your body size.
There are lots of BSA calculators on the net, just use google or some other search engine to find one.

A meter is a bit over 39 inches. So if your had a BSA of 2 then if your stretched your skin out and made it into a square it would be 39 x 2 high and wide, or your skin would make up a square with
    sides equaling about 78 inches.

So using the formula that you showed the calculation would be (again assuming your BSA = 2)
    150 x 2 or 300mg

    Hope this helps...........
    • very interesting! Thanks!
