About me
I am a Certified Buteyko Educator (also called Buteyko Breathing Practitioner). I teach the Buteyko Breathing Method to people with asthma and other respiratory conditions. I am a former asthmatic myself, and had a remarkable success with the Buteyko Therapy. I teach classes in Minneapolis-St Paul, MN area, as well as travel to other US regions to teach Buteyko workshops.
