Why I participate in Medpedia
I reads an article by Julie Dierdorf from the Chicago Tribune which quoted Dr. John La Puma from the Santa Barbara Institute for Medical Nutrition and Healthy Weight suggesting "to avoid Sardines packed in vegetable oil which is high in pro-inflammatory omega 6 fatty acids. I don't know what this means!
