Following completion of residency in 1973, I served 2 years as an otolaryngologist in the U. S. Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. In 1975, I established a private practice in Concord, N.H.; founded Concord Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery, and retired from full-time prectice after 30 years in 2006. I still do parttime consulting work. I am past president of the New Hampshire Medical Society and past presidcent of the N.H. Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
