About me
I am 57 years old, married to my husband for 38 years and have two married adult children and three grandchildren. I am currently half-way through a two-year course in spiritual direction training and hope to be a certified spiritual director by November, 2010.
Why I participate in Medpedia
I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer (IDC), Stage II on June 1, 2009. I qualifed for an Avastin clinical trial through the Dana Farber Cancer Center in Boston, MA. I had chemotherapy first which shrunk the tumor and will soon have a lumpectomy.
